Within every person exists a profound possibility, an untapped source of potential to create meaningful and lasting change in one’s life. In hypnosis, we access the subconscious mind which communicates with us through visualization and feelings. When we let go and relax into deeper levels of the consciousness, the wisdom from within easily rises to the surface.
How does it work exactly?
Hypnosis works by inducing in the individual a deeply relaxed state of being which allows the conscious mind to be distracted and wander. With the conscious mind no longer dominant, the subconscious mind comes to the forefront, allowing the therapist to engage the power of suggestion to create change at a subconscious level. As the suggestions take root at this level our beliefs, feelings, and attitudes are in turn transformed, resulting in new ways of feeling and behaving in our live.
What makes someone hypnotizable?
For most people, access to this inner resource is limited because all of their energy and awareness stays on the surface of the mind, the part of the mind that is constantly evaluating, criticizing, and generally limiting the full range of motion available to a person. What is often not understood is that the nature of this mind is deeply informed and shaped by the much larger and influential subconscious mind. Deeply ingrained habits and ways of perceiving the world lie beneath the surface of our ordinary waking mind.

What should I do before my session?
Eliminate (or reduce) intake of meat, fish, fowl, and alcohol from your diet for three days prior to the session. In the morning eat a light healthy breakfast. Drink plenty of water. Avoid outside stimulation such as TV, radio, and newspapers. Find periods of solitude to spend time in nature, and meditate.
What can I expect in my First Session?
During the first session we find the root of the problem, events and emotions effecting the client. Then we re-balance the energy field, work on the pranic tube, chakras, and DNA. Some physical manipulation may also be required to release blockages in the organs and along the meridians. If needed, each subsequent energy healing session is designed to bring the client back into total alignment.
